Orders & Returns

Any order maybe cancelled EXCEPT for our commercial multi occupancy units manufactured in Spain (not including the individual multi occupancy units)

• (a) By emailing us at info@mailboxmania.co.uk or calling 01274 728903 before the goods have been despatched. A full refund will then be given.
• (b) All goods that have been despatched from our UK warehouse may be returned within 14 days from receipt of goods for exchange or a refund. The original return cost and redelivery cost of the exchange will be borne by the buyer. Any multi occupancy item that is despatched directly from our Spanish manufacturer is supplied on a non return basis unless an error has been made by Mailbox Mania ltd
• (c) All BOBI products are despatched directly from Bobi in Holland on a 3-4 working day service with the first day being the 1st working day after the order was placed. Due to the complexities of post Brexit, any Bobi product that a customer wishes to return should be sent back directly to Bobi at the customers expense and not directly to Mailbox Mania. With regret, there is no collection service available directly from Mailbox Mania or Bobi Holland.
• (d) In a situation where a free delivery is offered, if that item is returned, Mailbox Mania will recover either £7.95 for all deliveries shipped from the UK.
• (e) All items must be returned in its original packaging, complete and resalable. If not, no refund will be given. Please ensure a copy of the original delivery note is attached so we can track the original order electronically.
• (f) All returned product will be thoroughly checked and placed back into stock. If any item is returned damaged in any way not allowing it to be resold photographic evidence will be sent to the buyer within 3 working days and no credit will be raised.
• (g) Any item received damaged or faulty will be refunded or exchanged. Notification and photographic evidence is strictly required within 7 days to authorise a replacement or refund. If notice is not given within 7 days no credit or replacement will be given. Replacements where applicable will be within 2-3 working days UK mainland only (longer for certain products) of acceptance by Mailbox Mania.
• (h) There is a standard restocking charge of 25% of the total value including delivery on all Fixed depth mailshutes (manufacturers policy)
• (I) Any extra keys (over and above the 2 keys provided as standard), cut specifically for mailboxes where the mailbox is returned as not suitable are non refundable
