Iconinc specialises in creating high-end, luxury accommodation that sets an excellent standard in student living.

The developments are designed to elevate student living beyond just an accommodation space. The brand’s first development, The Edge in Leeds, set a benchmark for quality student accommodation when it opened in 2015 and has led to two further developments in Liverpool and Leeds.

Iconic were looking for something different for their up market high end student accommodation sites. Not just for a standard run of the mill bank of mailboxes but something that would give off an immediate impact. Using the same 4 colours as used in their own brand, we designed fantastic multi coloured mailbox banks, not only striking in its visual effect but also extremely functional and robust. The whole unit was master locked and supported by freestanding posts. Simply stunning.
