When it comes to large business, the post is normally only allowed to be opened by certain personnel. So to make sure that the post boxes are only accessed by the appropriate personnel, they have locks on and the post can only be collected by the key holders.
When it comes to your business post there is normally a greater volume of post delivered than what your get at your home address, so you need to make sure that you have large enough post boxes to hold your post for a few days. This is because there are not always people at work on the weekend or over a holiday period, so you need to be certain that your post is kept secure until the key holder returns to work.
The post boxes for your business can either be attached to letter boxes in the door where there is a box to collect it, or if there is restricted access to your post box you may wish to have it attached to the outside of the building so that the postman can easily deliver your post. Otherwise your postman may not be able to deliver your post and you may miss out on an important letter, stock item or cheque you have been waiting for.
