Fighting fire - June 15, 2009
Post boxes that fall prey to arson are not the only things that suffer from this criminal act. If the fire spreads from the post boxes to surrounding areas and items, it can get out of hand. If you have ever suffered post box arson or if you are in a post box arson prone area, you need an anti-arson letter box.
Err on the side of safety
Anti-arson post boxes may cost more than normal post boxes do, but they are special and can even save lives, as well as protecting your post like normal letter boxes do. Dropping a match into a post box that has mail in it is a sure fire way to start some flames. If nobody realises that the letter box is on fire it can lead to disastrous consequences.
What makes it worse is that you are not always there to spot the fire or you could be asleep when it is started. Anti-arson post boxes allow you to live with the peace of mind that your mail and your home are safe. These post boxes are designed to nip flames in the bud before they can take hold of your mail and post box.
