Right from the onset it was communicated that it would be a protracted affair from quoting to actual order as it was for a building that was also managed by a factor. Graham, the director, was flexible and extremely amenable in sending samples for the residents to road test so that they were fully informed regarding what was the best for the foyer. The quote was competitive along with a personable, flexible service that I would recommend. His website is easy to navigate whereas the plethora of sites out there that I researched and contacted makes for an interesting read
