Any customer accessing the website www.mailboxmania.co.uk or placing an order with Mailbox Mania through the website will agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If not please discontinue from using this site.
Pricing
All published prices at www.mailboxmania.co.uk include vat at the current rate. All invoices will show the vat inclusive price. We reserve the right to change the prices at anytime.
Where a pallet delivery is required excess delivery charges may apply but will be agreed with the buyer first.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Any order maybe cancelled;
- (a) By emailing us at info@mailboxmania.co.uk or calling
- (b) All goods that have been despatched from our UK warehouse may be returned within 7 working days for exchange or a credit. The original return cost and redelivery cost of the exchange will be borne by the buyer. Any multi occupancy item that is despatched directly from our Spanish manufacturer is supplied on a non return basis unless an error has been made by Mailbox Mania ltd
- (c) All items must be returned in its original packaging, complete and resaleable. If not no credit will be given. Please ensure a copy of the original delivery note is attached so we can track the oiginal order electronically.
- (d) All returned product will be thoroughly checked and placed back into stock. If any item is returned damaged in any way not allowing it to be resold photographic evidence will be sent to the buyer within 3 working days and no credit will be raised.
- (e) Any item received damaged or faulty will be exchanged. Notification is required within 3 working days along with photographic evidence. If notice is not given after 3 working days no credit will be given. Replacements where applicable will be within 2-3 working days UK mainland only (longer for certain products) of acceptance by Mailbox Mania.

(f) There is a standard restocking charge of 25% of the total value including delivery on all Bobi products
Deliveries
Please refer to the delivery tab on the homepage.
While we guarantee a 2-3 working day delivery service (UK Mainland Only) delivery times maybe extended due to;
- (a) Non UK mainland addresses where the excess charge has not been selected at checkout.
- (b) Incorrect delivery information given at point of purchase.
- (c) Product on www.mailboxmania.co.uk specifically stating extended delivery times.
- (d) Carrier delivery issues beyond our control.
- (e) Product being out of stock – If a product is out of stock the buyer will be notified within 24 hrs advising so and also advising dates for incoming stock. An alternative product will be offered otherwise a full refund will be given and the order cancelled. The same applies to multiple item orders.
Title of Goods
The title of the goods will remain with Mailbox Mania Ltd until as such time where they have been delivered and signed for by the buyer or a 3rd party. Once signed for the title of the goods passes immediately to the buyer and all other conditions then apply as above.
